2nd name in share certificate can become committee member or chairman

Hi,
my name is 2nd in society share certificate. I want to confirm that if after taking consent of the 1st owner name in society share certificate of my flat can i contest as a committee member or a chairman in society elections or not

1st you have to get your name on share certificate as Associate Member by paying Rs.100 fees to Soc, then get Form of NOC which will say that 1st holder on your certificate will wave all his right to soc in your interest. so you will be act like 1st holder after approved NOC.

This will enable you to be chairman.
