Action against illegal construction in cooperative housing society

Hello Sir,

I am the vice chairman of my society. In my society one flat owner made the illegal construction. he occupied the extra space which is not included in his flat or terraces. He made grill type shade there and create one door to access that space (Which is not in plan). He change the plan of building. secondly he also modify the common water pipe connection coming from common water tank for his personal use. We have already given a written as well as oral notice many times to him. But still he is not in the mood to change it.

Please suggest what action under which bye low society can take the action against him.

    Dear Bhushan,

    Society can fine him per approved society rules. You can also write a complaint to the Pune municipal corporation - they will take appropriate action.

    can society committee take SGBM Instead Of AGM for approving Financial Statement - Income and expenditure account and balance sheet and audit report for the year 01-04-2013 to 31-03-2014 after 30-09-2014 on his own without informing and taking approval from the deputy sub registrar of thane??

    mostly committee member are and was engaged and involved in violated acts etc. and holding post more than 7 years.

    to conduct AGM before 30/09/2014 i.e. in time informed several time but fail to do so.

    Hi ! purchased resale flat in a society of 29 flats on 3rd floor in june 2014. i tried my level best to sort out water problems. after failing all attempts my plumber connected my pipeline directly to upper storage tank instead of common pipe line. 3 other members of terrace flats are using direct line .
    Chairman of soc is saying that all the 3 direct line are legal and my line is illegal.
    kindly suggest what to do about this unequal water distribution???

    DEAR SIR, I HAVE FILED DEFAMATION CASE AGAINST ALL 5 COMM. MEMBERS AND POLICE HAS GIVEN POSITIVE REMARK. NOW THE SECRETARY HAS PASSED RESOLUTION IN AGM THAT SCTY. FUND WILL BE USED FOR ALL LEGAL CHARGES AND EXPENSES. IS IT NOT A CASE OF MISS SUSE OF SCTY. FUND? WHAT CAN I DO NOW. I MADE COMPLAINT TO DY. REGISTRAR BUT HE IS NOT GIVING REPLY. PLEASE GUIDE ME AND OBLIGE.

    Hello Sir, I am mohan solanki 304 3rd floor ratanmani tower mmgs marg dadar of my society. We have already given a written as well as oral notice many times to him.
