Yes you can approach consumer court which is correct but first a legal notice must be sent.
We residents of Nerul, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai since last 15 years CC and OC received but Builder not forming Society.
Most of the Flat Owners have Leased their Flat , so Lack of Unity among Flat Owners, and banks do not grant Loans on such Flats where Society is not Formed, so we cannot Sell Flat, we are trying to sell flat but could not sell ,Builder does not come at all. can we form Society with 25% members? withount consent of Builder............plz. answer..........
