Our builder is not at all I interested to form society since four years have passed . Moreover he charging exorbitant maintenance. Some of his flats and shops have not been sold but he has pit those unsold flats and shops on rent but he is not paying a single penny as maintenance for his unsold flats and commercial shops. We owners are bearing all the burden. As compared to other societies where maintenance is mere rs 1.25 per sq ft but our builder is charging rs 2.50 per sq ft. He hasn't made any society office . Our builder threaten that if we won't pay such hefty maintenance he will disconnect or stop water and all other facilities. We are living in mira road East 401107. Please advice what to do
