First you need to check if this resolution is passed by general body. Second, check if it is per vehicle or per parking.
Hi I Have Stilt Parking in our Society we are paying Property Tax to our Municipal Corporation every year for Parking Area. So its necessary to Pay the Parking Charges to our Society ?
I have another issue related to same parking that there are many Vehicles are parked in front of Parking gate so every time when i have to take my Vehicles out i have to first clear the parked Vehicles or request to security person to clear the Vehicles and it takes lot of time.
I have already communicate the same issue to Society members in written but there is no complete solution provided by society and they chairman and other core members are saying that "Space Outside My Parking Area is Reserved by Society " so any one can park the Vehicles in front of my Parking Gate.
Please Let me know how to handle this issue.
