Dear Sir/ Mam,
No, it's not at all legal.
We own a flat in Nerul- navi mumbai. We brought a car from relative and transfer work is yet to be done and hence not allotted with parking space in society and in mean time some one broken rear mirror along with it's attachment and punctured tyres of car which is kept within premises and front of security person's cabin. When complained, instead of looking into the matter society said CCTV reach is not to that part (Neither is Security Person's Duty) and Society charged us 4500/- Rs for 9 days on the bracket of Visitor Parking. Is this legal?
