Can society will issue a notice about not taking tution?

I m taking tution since 7-8 years, many people in our society is taking tution, but now the committee member issued a notice which mention commercial activities such as tution etc is not allowed as per the law. Please let us know about this, is any kind law is present in co operative society act?

    Dear Shweta,

    Tuition is allowed in society, there are various cases in favor. Society can't stop you from taking tutorial class.

    What if there more than 20 students coming & in name of tuition the commercial coaching classes is taking place and also by inviting teachers from outside ?
