Cancellation of society registration

21 February 2016 Rajendra Bhave, virar, thane

wanted to know is there any provision in act to cancel the society registration before taking handover from builder, as builder has wrongly formed society of 2 wings instead of 5 wings or can we add balance 3 wings members in under the same registration number.
Pls advice

    You can add balance 3 wing later follow procedure, appoint a consultant to guide you
