Car and bike parked in one stilt parking

05 June 2017 Naozar , mumbai

I have parked a bike and a car in one stilt parking without any extra space taken .. now the society wants me to park one one vihicle in it. Is it justified ?? This society has harassed me from the time we've move in as leave and license tenant 2 year's and 10 months back. They charge 300 rupee per guess vihicle per night.. is that legal?? Please advice
