Co opting of managing committee members

21 August 2017 Sebastian Chettiar, Mumbai

Our Managing committee was elected in 2013 AGM, and we have been co opting 2 members and ratifying them every year, Now that new laws has come no Co opting is allowed. Is it applicable to us too because our election was not held in the presence of representative from Deputy registrar's office.
