Disadvantage of forming housing federation vs cooperative housing society
We have 3 buildings constructed in different ages ( 1st 8 yr old, 2nd 6 yr old and 3rd 5 yr old) 4th construction will start soon.
Builder forcing to form individual societies building wise against our demand of single cooperative society.
What could be our disadvantages for forming different societies under federation rather than forming single society?
