Discrimination by Group Housing Society between flat owners and tenants

Our housing society in dwarka in delhi has issued a notice to only all tenants staying to park their second car outside the society premises. The flat owners, staying in their flats despite having more than 1 car can continue to park their vehicles in the society compound.

Need to know if society has powers / legality / to impose such discrimination. Can it be challenged ?

Parking is on rotational system members have first right. In case of shortage in your case, you can ask your landlord to apply.
