In the last committee meetings only four members were present, the quorum is 7 and we have 10 members 3 not filled due to RESERVED FOR SC/ST/OBC. Chairperson took the signatures from those committee members who were absent to fulfill the quorum and finalized the MINUTES. I was co opted as EXPERT DIRECTOR in last Apr 2015 and was present in the meeting and I have recorded in the attendance as 4 were present.
Can u pl clarify what action can be taken in this circumstance to inform Dy Registrar ?
Chairperson does not want Expert Directer by quoting in the minutes Federation will render all legal help and he has stepped down which is false.
