Is Society's NOC is required to sale my flat in the cooperative housing society?

I am having my flat in the Abhinav co-opr, housing society Ltd. Borivali Mumbai.
This was purchased by me with my own money. Can I sale it without getting any loan . can I sale it without obtaining the NOC from the Society to buyer. I have no any sort of dues payable to society.
In case society's NOC is essential but society is not issuing it to me, what is the solution ? How can I sale my flat
