In Housing Society as per Bye-laws to give membership to Builder( corporate Body) 1)what is class of membership 2) To issue share certificate or not If yes that what is position after sold of unsold flat Transfer of shares ? or new share certificate issued to incoming member what about Premium? charged to builder or not

    Dear Vikas,

    Unsold no premium when builder sells
    Yes he can be made Ordinary member like any other.
