Maintenance for rentals

I am from ahmedabad LIG 4 , I m on rent, our sovity maintenance is atualy equal to all but by this month they charged 100 rs + maintanance from rentals so our rentals maintanace is 400 and owners 300 , so plz help me what should I hve to do.?

    Dear Parth,

    Maintenance for rental is only 10% more on service charges.
