Maintenance plus property tax

Our is chs in Mumbai central area we got this house in redevelopment case having 250 carpet area, society is registered in 2012. It is a 15th flr bldg having 12 room on each for.
Till may they were charging rs. 500 maintenance since society got notice for property tax of rs.80 Lacs they gave notice to charge rs.1000 from June 2017 . They refused to take only rs 500 towards maintenance. Can I ask them for copy of notice n property tax payment details .kindly guide urgent . Can they refuse to arrange meeting again for this matter .
