As per MCS bye law 34 , my mother nominated my sister and myself (brother) in share certificate...After her death the then MC transferred the flat to my sister as 1st Member and me as associate member....Now we have a Administrative Board apptd. by Dy. Registrar of hsg. societies, Mumbai,....Now the chairpersons of the Board, are issuing Notice that my Sister is a Nominal member and can attend Meetings but cannot Vote/Propose etc. just like a Nominal Member....is there any section pertaining to this in MCS ACT1960 .

Dear Jude,

Nominee is custodian of property not owner. I suggest you get your selves brought on board legally as heirs. Hope this helps you.
