Minimum number of members required to form a society

We have 10 members in our society. 9 flats and 1 garage.

One flat and the garage having different share certificates are now sold to 2 individuals i.e. joint name.

Does this satisfy the minimum number of members condition or do all 10 members require to be from different families?
