We are a CHS of 36 members. Society was formed in May 2013. The management committee got dissolved in July 2016 as all the committee members resigned. Thereafter no govt. administrator was appointed and members (other than committee members) tried to run the society till the election process happened which took almost an year. Now the newly elected committee members are nicely running the society. But the old committee members are troubling the new committee. I would like to request you to reply following queries.
1. After resignation of the management committee, it is whose responsibility to take care of routine operations (Like collecting maintenance charges, paying to security, cleaning man, gardener or electricity bills) of society?
2. Who should submit the proposal for conducting election in society to form new body?
3. If the election procedure takes time, who should take the necessary steps to get it done early to avoid the inconvenience of the members? As all the documents to be submitted for election needs to be signed by Chairman and Secretary.
Your early reply in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
