Yes, it's legal if it is allotted.
How is it legal to park on a members window if it leads to inconvenience to the member and his family if hua window is blocked by the car even partially and it leads to accumulation of filth underneath the car as it cannot be cleaned daily ? Please explain and also whats the action thag the member whose space is violated can di against the society committee or the member who has parked his car blocking the window ??
