Dear Shibu,
Firstly you must pay from day of purchase.
You can't be charged for another person's outstanding.
In this case try to contact a good lawyer.
i have purchased two 1bhk flats and converted them in a single 3bhk type in year 2005-2006 during construction with two agreements on single name (both agreements belong to single person ) but society is charging maintenance for two diff flats . is there any such type of matter taken to high court and argument taken place and any result on this ? this case is in pune ,maharashtra .
