Problem in formation of Co Operative housing society

Our building has alrdy rec'd an OC. We have applied for formation of society. However we the members have discovered that there is a problem with documentation between agreements signed with members and the building plans. Due of this issue we are facing problems in formation of society. Our lawyer is of the opinion that we need to pay 50lakhs to regularise the matter. This is an exorbitant amount for members. The builder says we need to modify agreements. We don't trust either. Can u pls suggest what shd b the way ahead?
