Procedure for share transfer

Hello, i have purchased a flat from 2nd owner.. society is formed in last month.. shares are not yet transfered to 1st as well as 2 nd owner. Both the owners are out of country.. so please tell m procedure for share transfer on my name.. i have completed 1 year criteria for share transfer.. any declaration is need from 2nd owner?

    Dear Mayuri,

    Yes you will need an affidavit, but get a lawyer to do it as per society bye laws.
