Ramanagar Sahakari Griharachana Sanstha,Warje,Pune-411 029

My mother had become a member of Ramanagar Sahakari Griharachana Sanstha,Warje,Pune-411 029.She had paid for the plots to be allotted at Ramnagar,Warje.Later it seems the land was handed over to a private builder,with Goverment intervention,for development & building construction.Could you please let me know the current status of the original project,agreement with builder & how to claim our rights.

    We have also face same problem here with name G.B. Gurav as secretary of Ramnagar Sahakari Griha Rachana Sanstha Maryadit, Warje, Pune 29. We had paid 40260Rs for plot at Warje by Ramnagar Sahakari Griha Rachana Sanstha Maryadit. After that we had no clue about what happen to that project. We also tried to contact Ramnagar Sahakari Griha Rachana Sanstha Maryadit, but unfortunately there was no office of them after this issue. Please help us how to claim that plot or paid amount.

    Government has allocated this land to Scheduled tribes (NT) with Purpose of having house to the people who are from these community as they are not economically strong.
    But the Society Chairman Gote has used this land for different purpose.
    He allocated 80% of the land to the Private builder and was fooling people that we have appointed builder to build flats for us. However builder sold flats to the peoples who are not member of Ramnagar Griharachana Sanstha, Warje. Builder built 4 towers and sold to the private members/people

    Mr Gote (Chairman) and Valkunde (PA of Gote/Secretory of Ahilya Shikshan santha, Shashti Raod) they guys are totally fraud. They took money from lot of people and promised them that they will sale flats to member with less price than market price with good quality.
    They had office at Kumthekar road but later on they shifted to some unknown place.
    Now a days I have seen that they have started another building for the member (Builder has already built 4 towers and already sold out all the flats) towards slum area with Low quality and no amenity space at all. It looks like Chawl.

    They always keep us to to give us more money so that we will do Alot flat and will do Register agreement however they never did that.

    Again they are not doing agreement of sale instead they are doing agreement to use property the property for 99 years. and he will not be sale this property directly to the other people. So here advise is to carefully read the agreement.

    Valkunde is extremely smart to fool People. He is Bolta Popat (Talking Parrot) marketing guy
    Be alert from these Fraud People!!! !!!. And if possible inform to others as well.

    We are facing same problem regarding this project.Mr.Gote is a fraud.He didn't give us any plot.

    Mr.Gote is Fraud and always behave like he is very busy person and has meeting with politician and alway travelling to Mumbai and Delhi to attend the meeting. but common people who is member of Ramnagar Griharachana Sanstha, Warje and who has already paid lot amount to home doesn't have any interest about his meetings. Either he sit/eats with Chief minister or Politician from congress/NCP.

    His body language is like goons. Also I have noticed that he doesn't give concrete answer to any of our question. he just says we will do this in next week/month // Will start this in next few days. Believing him I wasted 2 important years of my life. He doesn't provide any documentation about the society. He should have show us the agreement of society and builder. Actually We have obtained few documents from sub-register office and found that he has given land to builder for development with very low rate (nearly 500~600 per sq feet). however he is asking society members to pay amt >3000 per sq feet.
    So with the above mentioned rate given to builder you can think of quality of the building/material used to build construction

    He should disclose an agreement to each and every member of the society. This society doesn't any amenity space.
