Dear all,
I live in a colony in Meerut. We have our own society in the colony which takes cares the water supply, security and cleanliness. They charges Rs 1500 per house for it.
In my house I have two floor. I put one tenants on the first floor and I am taking the rent also. Now the society persons are saying that I have to give extra Rs 500 for tenants. My tenants do not have any car for parking. They have only one motorcycle.
In our colony many houses are there those who are having members other then one own family, and they are not charging the rent from them. Society persons are not asking extra money from these houses, although they are using the water and other services of the society.
Kindly suggest what should I do???
Should I pay or I can refuse????
