We are the 11 tenant of kanadia estate, our landlord not collecting rent for last 35 years so we submit our rent to our kanadia estate account in bank, he never seen any interest in our chawl and from last 35 years our property tax also not paid by our landlord, actually our land lord took this property on lease base for 998 yrs, 1980 he take this property to developed but he develop front side part & back side our chawl he ramain as it is,
pls send me reply what we can do?
