Reserved open car parking converting to shed parking

15 April 2016 ANIKET ARVIND MANJREKAR, Pune

Hi,
I am staying in co-operative housing society at Pune, wakad. We have four commercial shops at front side of our society. Out of that one is illegal because builder sold one of gate space to tenant as a open area. And then he constructed shed and close from all side with tadapatri and started shop for plywood. Last year we had big fire to all these shops and we requested him to remove the compartment wall and put gate for building exit. Then he also complaint about society members for having illegal enclosed terraces and balconies as well as shed car parking. So PCMC came and removed our open car parking shed also removed his shed where he was trying to make commercial shop again, but not demolished any enclosed terraces and balconies.
what we can do to have car parking shed with keeping our gate space open? Is there any legal procedure for that? or any tax we need to pay to have shed?

If you can use the space legally, consider using www.sprechindia.com car parking tensile structure (tensile fabric structures) for better Sun and Rain protection. It can be installed for single as well as multiple vehcile parking sheds. There cantiliver car parking shade or shade sail car park structure can provide maximum shade with least supporting poles and occupies less spaces.
