How ever Entrance Fee rs 10 accepted in 1997. Now he claims to be Owners right ..being Associate Cum Joint Member..by Filing a Dispute in Cooperative court and Court ..without verifying. .has given order..Don't disturb his possession. My basic question -- Whether in MCS Act 1960 and Rules --Asso Member --NOT Joint Member - has any such Right .. is not replied. How Coop Court can entertain such Dispute -- Pure Asso member --on Rs 10 Entrance fee --demands R T and Interest in Property ? Sorry reply does not touch subject heart !
