Sher certificate

1st owner is dead after dead his father society committee tharav and his become a Sher holder but that time not write on back side of sher certificate and his sell deed another proson and his also dead after sell deed but another person not a member to till date because of person is not society's cast and now another person is also dead and his son sell a house to 2nd another person because 2nd person is society's cast so 2nd person asking and demand a Sher certificate ( both side writing ) so society not given so please reply me this topic
