Stilt parking repair maintenance cost society pays or the stilt owner ?
1 year back the ceiling plaster of my stilt parking had been fallen down damaging my car also, later society repaired all the stilt parking ceilings at their cost but after that they decided to recover all the repair expenses from the owners. Principally the ceilings being the common area of the building which strengthens the building. Our stilt parking is used for parking our vehicles only. We have not put any light point or closed with grill to the stilt hence my request is that this particular portion which collapsed would be from leakages or weather effects hence the maintenance part lies on the society. Can you give suggestion what I should do for the amount the society wants to recover from me. Or may be I am wrong in the argument. Please give me the correct justification in the above matter so that I can follow the same.

Adding in the same matter , should society charge repair mantaince charges to stilt owners as part of repairs of th entire building ans if yes wat should be the formula
