Sir,

My father had a flat in Kurla, Mumbai. He died in 2013 & as per nomination form last year society has transfer the flat in my mothers name. I had 1Brother & 1sister -Now after one year mother, brother & sister all 3 had released their hold on property & signed released dead. Same we have registered with Mahada in the month of may.

I have applied to society for transfer of share certificate & same will be done on 20.07.2016

Please let me know after sell can i sell the property ?

Society say they will not issue NOC to sell property for 1year.

Is their rule for not selling the flat for 1year ?

Please provide me circular no or notification

    One must hold membership for one year before transfer, so society is right

    I Have been allotted flat in SRA in the name of my father in 2013. since his name was in Annxure-II, but my father expired in 2007. . Agreement has been executed by my mother with the Builder.Can society issue share certificate in the name of my mother? Pls. help

    My father purchase a plot at 10000 in housing society in 1993 the society wlill deregister in 2003 but the chairman not done regisstry to my father and now I ask to register they say the society document will loss what should be done in this case

    Our society made some rules/guidelines which we do not know and society has not inform to the residents whether these such rules made by any society and not inform to the owners are valid which are to be followed by the society residents.
    please guide whether they are correct.Secretary is threatening to take action please guide what is to be done in this case
