Vehicle parking

live in an unregistered society and we dont have a separate garage area for parking cars and bikes. So the members who owe some vehicles they keep them at one side of the entrance, which is allowable by all the members. But, one of the neighbour has got a bike which he forcefully parks in an open common area place at the back side which is also close to my house's window.But its not a parking area to park vehicles there.Also it disturbs our privacy as he comes whenever he wants, makes noise and stares us. Is it legal to park vehicles at such places?

    Firstly its an unregistered society, so you have no legal status in a case matter which you have mentioned above.
