What is the legal Non Occupancy charges, if i have rented my flat.

13 November 2017 Sayed Ibrahim, Pune

our society if charging us Rs.18000/- a year plus Rs. 2000/- as Non Occupancy charges and addition to that they are charging Rs.5000/- as Amenity charges from owner who have rented there flats. pl suggest me charging extra amenity are legal as per society bye laws. pl guide , me what step should i take against the society.

    It is maximum 10% of service charge.
