What is the rule for cancellation of membership from cooperative housing society?

I am a member of a cooperative society since 1982. As I was a Govt. officer I was posted at different places and did not receive any notice. My father had paid the amount and obtained me membership.

I attended previous meeting after I am retired from Govt. job.

I have received a notice for cancellation of my membership.

Please guide me.

OUR PREVIOUS COMMITTEE IS PRESENT THE AUDIT REPORT IN AGM AND TAKE THE APPROVAL AND LATER ON THE COMMITTEE IS CHANGE THE AUDIT REPORT AND SUBMIT THE REGISTER . WE CAN TAKE CANCLLED THE MEEMBERSHIP OF THOSE COMMITTEE MEMBERS ?
