Withdrawal of resignation of chairman of hosing society

23 June 2016 Shandilya, Mumbai

It's been17 days that chairman of our society had resigned .Managing committee had elected a new active chairman. Few of members wanted old chairman to come back, and he agreed.can he be back in the office by just a resignation withdrawl letter to the comittee ,since he did not received any acceptance letter of his resignation from managing committee or any office bearer
