We Run Societies

can Adhoc Committee grant a membership to the flat owners based on the order from the DY Registrar of Co-operative Societies?

I become the flat owner based on the purchase of the flat in sale wing of the societies. Society did not give us the membership without noc from the builder.

We filled the application with Dy Registrar and received the order for grating the membership.

Now old society bearer resigned from the society and ADHOC Committee was formed. Now the adhoc comittee of the opinion that they can not grant membership as they are Adhoc Committee.

pl clarify can adhoc committee grant membership based on the order from Dy Registrar of co-operative socities.

    ONE BUILDING COMPLETED AND SALE ALL DONE ,3 ONLY THREE FLAT LEFT, BUILDER TAKEN 18 MONTH ADVANCE FOR SOCIETY MAINT FUND, NOW 13 MONTH PASSED FROM O.C . AND MORE THAN 51% PERSON SIGNED FOR SOCIETY FORMATION BUT TILL NOW SOCIETY NOT DONE BY BUILDER AND SAYING GOING ON .

    BUT AS A FLAT OWNER WE WANT WE FORM A PROPOSED OR AD-HOCE COMMITTEE IS IT POSSIBLE PLS ADVICE. OR OUR FLAT OWNERS 51% Ready FOR PROPOSED COMMITTEE.
