06 July 2017 Arghya Biswas, Kolkata

Being a tenant I have parked my car in open parking area for the last 5+ years in a cooperative housing, where I stay. Now
suddenly they do not want to allow my car to be parked even while I am agreeable pay the requisite parking fees. How can I park my car in the premise. Can the co op society enforce such norms. suggestions sought please.

    Dear Arghya,

Norm says as a tenant you are a nominal member, but the first priority is to a member for parking the car.
