concrete terrace made on open shed terrace area

i purchased flat in 2011 on first floor with open terrace area mentioned in my registered agreement . the original owner made the concrete terrace instead of shed. He sold the flat to me for which Society had issued NOC against this at that time for transferring the flat. After that they never issued any letter against this terrace constrcution.

Later after 6 years they put fine in maintenance bill for this concerete terrace construction. pls suggest what remedy do i have against the same.

    Dear Vineet,

    Reply, and tell them it was existing from the time you purchased the flat. Don't commit that the old members have put it up.
