how transfer share certificate to Nominee after death of member?
the member submitted the nomination form saying the 50% share to wife and 50% share to daughter.
daughter is married. there no other depended on the his wife, he have only one daughter
she is now staying with her Daughter.
they submitted following documents:
1. Indemnity bond - by daughter
2. Deceleration & Affidavit cum indemnity by Wife.
3. Undertaking by the prospective member to use the flat ( under bylow Nos 19(VIII) 20(IV) & 40d(iX).

Xerox copies photo identity
death certificate etc.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Make sure you get a succession certificate, as nominee can't sell flat.

i have purchased a flat in bandha,maharashtra ..in the name of my daughter ,however i wish to transfer the said falt /the share certificate of the flat in the name of my son .My sons name is given as the nominee to the society of the said apartment
