regarding calculation of maintenance charges

my flat contains six flats. i m the owner of two flats which are single bedroom flats. others are double bedroom flat. in our flats all owners are decided to put new borewell connection. being a single bedroom flats how much i should pay from the total expenses. please clear my doubt.
