The society in which I am currently living is not registered yet. It's been a 3 years builder has postponing registration process.Now the current situation is some flat members are collecting maintenance from all flat-holders. Now in starting year the maintenance was Rs.500/month ,then I can able to give, But from second year they have increased it up to Rs.1000/month.So from second year I am not paying maintenance because of this extra money they want. I am middle class person can't give that much money per month. so I have told them that if you do it Rs.500/ month again then only I can give you maintenance,otherwise not.so these people now threatening me that we will cut your water supply, garbage service, parking facility. so what should I do, I give them maintenance as they wanted or they don't have any right to cut water supply?
They have divided the parking in separate, and they started using it, and for my car, they have allotted small place.Now what should I do? who can help me? They really have right to do all this without society registration?

No society in this case, you are at mercy of builder. Get people together and form a society.
