Can Charges for Water from specifically Ground Floor users or asking NOC for renting Property is permisable ???
I am having own Shop at Ground Floor of 6 story Commercial Building. Management Committee was previously denaying water and drainage connection in shop evwn on our own Expence , now when we have taken this on our own Expence MC asking for additional maintenance charges from 4 of ground floor cafe against using water in Cafe and for aditional open space attached to our shop under our cealing which we consider as our Easement Right and using without creating any pathway difficulty for other users. Now MC have without any discussion, meeting and resolution declare
and imposed requirement of NOC for renting or selling our own Property.
Can Management Committee Ask for Additional Water Charges specifically from only ground floor users and without consent of other members impose Requirements of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for Renting or Selling the Commercial Property in totally commercial building which is registered under NTC, Ahmedabad.
My Maintainence is not due but on other hand always paid in advance for 3 to 6 Months in Association.
Will you please guide me what can be done??Else unwillingly we 15 Shopkeepers want to be seprate from other 40 office users, as our voice is always ignored due to majority office users.
