Can an Ad hoc society committe (formed after 1st AGM of society) can provide NOC for sale of flat?
We have 1bhk flat which we want to sale. Society is registered. Ad hoc society committe formed in Dec 2018 and they have conducted their first AGM. All office bearers are selected. Details of office bearers are still not provided to builder. Share certificates are still with builder and it will be handed over to ad hoc committee members. Can ad hoc committee provide NOC to me for selling the flat if I am getting a probable buyer? Please advise urgently.
