Deemed Conveyance and 7/12 of society's land
Our society is 30 years old and we have not yet done Deemed Convyence. We have started the process now. I have some questions related to the same.
1. Our builder is not in touch with us and we are not aware of his current location, that can be a problem or can he create any problem with this process?
2. Our society's 7/12 showing the name of the landlord to whom the builder has done a contract to develop the place, now if we are moving towards Deemed Conyevance we need to send notice to builder and landlord both and I am sure landlord will create a lot of problems. Do we need the land lord's consent to have 7/12 on society's name
