Illegal massive renovation of shops for restaurants cum bar in housing society
Dear sir/ mam
I am having a flat in the stilt floor( 1st floor) of a housing society and attached opposite side shops with double height from ground floor. The society is not yet formed and the builder has sold 4 shops to someone who is doing massive renovation by breaking the inside walls and creating four toilets inside with big ventilation windows which is exactly facing my toilet and also has made a sewage gas chamber pole at ending at 1st floor facing exactly my toilet and lobby area of the floor. Is it allowed to construct like that?what is the advisable height of sewage pole gas releasers as it will pollute the whole lobby making it smell bad ?
