Non payment of maintenance
Our Society, Suvidha Apartments, at Vaiduwadi, Hadapsar has 8 flat owners. It is an Apartment Society and not a co-op housing society. Now 4 flat owners are refusing to pay maintenance for one reason or the other and they have made themselves untraceable, they don't attend phone calls. Maintenance due is 50 k to 1 lac from each member. In our WA group one left and other 3 are still there. Now what option does the society have against such members? Secondly, can we convert our society into co-op housing society through GBM? Will that help?
