Occupational Certificate after redevelopment
Our 200 flats society was redeveloped in 2013 and was granted part OC for 100 flats (of existing owners). The remaining 100 Flats were sold by the developer and awaits OC since then.
The said later 100 flats were occupied without OC. Now the developer has no intentions of bringing in an OC. Need suggestions on below as per bye laws.
1. Can the new members be made members in current society?
2. Can they be given share certificates?
3. What actions can be taken on the developer?
