Should we hurry for Society Formation or wait till all pending work from builder is completed
Our building is still not completed 100%. There is much work pending from builder such as installation of a lift, DG Installation, Solar Water heater system, Common Lobby wall finishing. However the Builder has given possession to all the flat owners and now is asking to complete the society formation procedure.
Should we co-operate with builder for the society formation or ask him to first complete the pending work and then to form society. What are the pro's and con's for the same?
