conveyance deed .


22 April 2020 Rmb Bhoopathy , Navi Mumbai

After registeraion of sty.,the builder has not executed conveyance deed in favour of sty.Sty.management compromised with builder to pay 2/3 of stamp duty & registeraion charges of Rs.18 lakhs without getting any legal opinion eventhough I told in A.G.M.,to get the same in writting.I refused to pay my share of Rs.20,000.Now they demand the same with interest 21%.I made complaint to Jt.Registrar, and matter is pending decision.I request your advise .
